Omutninsk metallurgical plant is a producer of door hinges for Russian and European auto manufactures.
The cross section geometry of every profile follows the shape of the finished part, which minimizes machining costs. The specialists of the plant developed the production technology with improved mechanical properties of the finished door hinges and increasing machinability.
Profiles are made of carbon structural steel grades, such as for instance, steel grades S355J2, S355J0, steel grade 20 and others in accordance with Russian and international standards DIN EN 10025-2 and GOST 1050-2013.
